Service Description

ALL EVENING BOOKINGS WILL NEED TO BE PRE-APPROVED BY THE COMMITTEE. Please read the conditions below carefully and, if you wish to continue with a booking, complete the booking details on the website and supply all of the information requested. PLEASE DO NOT TRANSFER ANY MONEY FOR YOUR BOOKING UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT IT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED. In order to approve your booking you will need to confirm the reason for your request, number of people attending, ages of people attending and whether will there be music/catering. You will be required to pay a £100 deposit and confirm that you will turn down the music by 9:30, turn it off by 10pm and vacate the Hall quietly and considerately. We will refund your deposit as long as we have no complaints from neighbours, the Hall is left in good condition, rubbish is cleared up and taken home and all terms and conditions have been adhered to. Please vacate the hall by 10.30pm at the latest. £10 discount applies for West End residents. Note that Bank Holidays will always appear as booked out on the Bookings Calendar.
